CEO / Founder

All of Kiran’s career has been about winning hearts & minds, most recently managing UK govt bi-lateral & multi-lateral relations on cyber. Her prior consulting for founders industry & investment banking/VC & PE careers have given her the expertise to design products incl. writing ProtectBox’s award winning AI & managing developers who deliver it. Plus gave her the network to take them to market. This is Kiran’s third start-up bringing government, business and consumers together.

Career highlights include scuba diving the world for a year alone; co-ordinating #WeProtect (children against online exploitation) Summit; delivering Ministerial reviews on Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) resilience & machine learning digital redaction; Health (incl. Pandemics) lead for the Secretariat that managed the UK govt’s Cabinet Office Briefing Room (COBR) meetings between 2013-14; raising the 1st Socially Responsible Investment in South Africa supported by Archbishop Tutu for miner Lonmin & raising the 1st Indian infrastructure private equity fund at 3i. Selling lingerie & working as a nurse whilst training as a doctor. First Class honours degree & Jelf Medal for her BSc Mathematics & Management from the University of London.

Emma Middleton

Emma is our Sales and Customer Service Lead. Emma’s aim is to use her 25-year experience in marketing, business development, PR, sales, upskilling stakeholder staff and managing all social media channels to help create, launch and lead a unique supportive service for all of ProtectBox’s customers. She is excited to see how this service develops and evolves to help all our new customers in different ways as we launch a raft of new features in the future. Emma is passionate about helping businesses with security needs particularly during the coronavirus pandemic. She empathises with the challenges they are facing daily, having herself transitioned from a career in leisure/tourism to security during lockdown. She is understanding, friendly and always willing to help as all her customers will tell you!

Ben Brabyn

COO

Ben has experience in technology, cybersecurity, financial services, real estate, government and is a former Royal Marines Commando. Having also run and sold his own company, he helps companies grow by finding customers and investors, and by building engaged teams and strong scalable processes.

Ben supports on an ad-hoc basis through his GenieShares campaign that helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses through and beyond Covid19

Several CTOs - sourced either through the WordPress marketplace Codeable or other outsourced development teams - work with our CEO/Founder Kiran to develop new product features and manage ProtectBox’s infrastructure.

They also manage ProtectBox’s team of 5+ software developers. All have 10-year experience in software development, program management and entrepreneurship enabling them to develop software in a range of languages and develop complex infrastructures.

They have been chosen for their specialisms in ecommerce and user experience. Several have run their own digital agency, mentored, teach and lead software development staff of all levels
